Requirements:
- Passion for working with dogs
- Certification from a recognized guide dog training program
- Ability to train guide dogs for different disabilities, including visual and hearing impairments
- Knowledge of different dog breeds and their temperaments
- Strong communication skills to work with clients and their families
- Ability to train and mentor apprentice guide dog trainers
- Ability to manage a team of trainers and support staff
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel to different locations for training and client support
