Hard skills:

  1. Turf Maintenance - Ability to accurately and efficiently perform grounds maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, and fertilizing
  2. Lawn Care - Knowledge of turfgrass and soil science to ensure optimal lawn health
  3. Irrigation Maintenance - Ability to inspect and maintain irrigation systems for optimal performance
