- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to casting defects, sand quality, and core failures
- Familiarity with quality control processes, including inspection and testing of castings
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
