Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage a team of workers effectively
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them on the job site
- Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
