Responsibilities:
- Perform flow assurance analyses and simulations on oil and gas production systems
- Identify potential flow assurance problems and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- Develop and implement flow assurance strategies for new and existing oil and gas production facilities
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure flow assurance considerations are integrated into overall facility design
- Conduct flow assurance assessments on existing production systems and recommend modifications to optimize production
- Review and interpret flow assurance data to support production forecasting and reservoir management
- Provide technical support to production and operations teams to optimize flow assurance performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new flow assurance technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in flow assurance engineering
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
- Proficient in using flow assurance software such as OLGA, Pipesim, or Multiphase Flow
- Ability to analyze and interpret flow assurance data
- Experience in designing and optimizing flow assurance systems
- Knowledge of subsea processing systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
