Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all flight activities for the airline company
- Update and maintain flight schedules, including flight plans, weather reports, and pilot reports
- Communicate with pilots, air traffic control, and ground staff to ensure safe and efficient flights
- Monitor flights in progress and respond to any emergency situations that may arise
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
- Create and file flight plans with appropriate authorities
- Prepare and distribute flight briefings, including weather information and flight plans

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.

- Experience in flight planning, scheduling, and dispatching is preferred.
