Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Perform welding of various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel, using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
- Perform fitting and fabrication duties using hand and power tools, including grinders, saws, and shears
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working order
- Inspect completed welds and structures for quality and accuracy
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification
- Attend training sessions and stay up to date with the latest welding techniques and best practices
Requirements:
