Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for the FBO
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and safety protocols
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
  • Familiarity with aircraft handling and maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field preferred
