A Facility Operator oversees the daily operations of a building, ensuring its maintenance, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, coordinating repairs, and managing facility upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain facility equipment and systems
- Monitor and adjust HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot problems as they arise

Requirements:
