Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other geologists, engineers, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate geological data and make recommendations for exploration activities
- Ability to work in remote and challenging environments, including outdoor and underground settings
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to exploration activities
- Master's degree in geology or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in mineral exploration
