- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to read and execute recipes accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Experience working with a wide range of kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
