Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in esthetics and skincare
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa or salon
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in esthetic treatments
- Ensure client comfort and safety during treatments by following proper protocols
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return business
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in esthetics
- Experience in performing a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
