Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and research studies to gather relevant data
- Create and manage survey questions and questionnaires
- Collect and record data through various mediums, such as phone calls, in-person interviews, and online surveys
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders with findings and recommendations
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical practices are maintained throughout the survey process
- Meet and exceed survey targets and goals
- Continuously seek ways to improve survey methods and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sociology, psychology, or market research
