Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic systems and components based on customer requirements and specifications.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems into products.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components, and provide solutions for identified issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for electronic systems, including EMC/EMI, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in electronic system design and manufacturing.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform electronic system design decisions.
  • Provide technical support to production and customer service teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic system design, development, and testing
  • Proficiency in using electronic design automation (EDA) tools and software
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design and analysis
  • Familiarity with microcontroller/microprocessor-based systems and firmware development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
