A Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides essential assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Tasks include personal care, medication administration, and facilitating daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • dsp 1 - Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms
  • dsp 2 - Design and test signal processing systems
  • dsp 3 - Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate DSP algorithms into products
  • dsp 4 - Analyze and improve the performance of existing DSP systems
  • dsp 5 - Document all aspects of DSP algorithms and systems
  • dsp 6 - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in DSP
  • dsp 7 - Troubleshoot complex DSP issues and provide solutions
  • dsp 8 - Participate in team meetings and communicate progress and challenges to project managers

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital signal processing
  • Strong knowledge of signal processing algorithms and techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, C/C++, Python
  • Ability to design, simulate and implement DSP algorithms on hardware
  • Understanding of DSP architectures and hardware platforms
  • Experience with DSP development tools and debuggers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
