Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as a drill press operator
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
  • Ability to operate and maintain drill press machines, including making adjustments to speed, depth, and alignment
  • Knowledge of drilling tools and their uses, including drill bits, taps, and reamers
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols related to drill press operation
  • Ability to inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
