As a Director of Analytics, oversee the development and implementation of data-driven strategies. Responsible for data management, analysis, and interpretation to guide business decisions. Tasks include predictive modeling, trend forecasting, and performance metrics evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to support business objectives
- Design and manage complex analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and align analytics initiatives with those needs
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the areas of analytics, data modeling, and statistical analysis

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of analysts and data scientists.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
- A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science, and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in analytics or related fields.
