Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certification as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic math skills
- Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
