- Ability to develop and implement person-centered plans and support strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist clients with complex needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide quality support services
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
