  • Ability to develop and implement person-centered plans and support strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assist clients with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide quality support services
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
