Responsibilities:
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading merchandise from the truck
- Ensure the merchandise is properly secured and protected during transportation
- Help the delivery driver navigate and follow the designated delivery route
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering merchandise in a timely and professional manner
- Perform quality checks on merchandise before delivering to customers
- Collect payment from customers when necessary and accurately maintain delivery records
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck
- Report any delivery issues, such as damaged merchandise or delayed deliveries, to the delivery driver and management team
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
