  • Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve data storage issues, including hardware failures and software errors.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data storage performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Project management: Experience managing data storage projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Industry certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Storage+ or EMC Storage Administrator (EMCSA) are preferred.
