Responsibilities:
- Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.
- Developing analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
- Filtering and cleaning data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in SQL and database management with the ability to write complex SQL queries to extract data from large databases
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, and the ability to create compelling visualizations and dashboards
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages such as R or Python to perform data analysis and modeling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with different stakeholders and explain data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect sensitive data
