Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Crestron control systems for audiovisual and other integrated systems
- Develop system architecture and programming for complex and customized Crestron control systems
- Collaborate with project teams to determine project requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates to project managers and other stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance testing on programming and system functionality to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed Crestron systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Crestron programming
- Provide training and support to clients and end-users on Crestron system functionality and maintenance
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Crestron programming and system design.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including video conferencing, audio systems and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret system design documents, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Crestron systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Crestron Simpl Windows, SIMPL# and SIMPL#Pro.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and other team members.
- Knowledge of Crestron Fusion Cloud and other remote management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest Crestron technologies and attend training sessions as required.
