  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues in control panels and electrical systems
  • Understanding of electrical safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Associate's degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field preferred
