Requirements:
- Proven experience as a consolidator or similar role in the logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of consolidation procedures, regulations, and laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to consolidation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using software and tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data related to consolidation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing paperwork, documentation, and billing related to consolidation.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant work experience may compensate for formal education.
