Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conservation work
- Proficiency in conservation techniques, materials, and technologies
- Strong knowledge of historical and cultural preservation standards and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in managing conservation projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct site inspections, assessments, and surveys of historic buildings and structures
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) software for creating detailed conservation plans and drawings
