- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of operations
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret transportation maps and schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers in a respectful and professional manner
- Physical stamina to sit or stand for long periods of time and assist passengers with disabilities or luggage
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures in case of accidents or breakdowns
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of fare collection and ticket validation
- Ability to manage stressful situations and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
