Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering with at least 5 years as a chief engineer or similar role
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team of engineers
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles, design, and manufacturing processes
- Experience in project management and ability to complete projects within budget and on time
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
