- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new policies and procedures for the kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef de cuisine or executive chef in a high-end restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and international cuisine
- Ability to manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food and kitchen safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and suppliers
- Ability to create innovative menus and dishes that meet customers' dietary requirements
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and software programs related to inventory and recipe management
