Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with local events and happenings in order to provide the most current and relevant recommendations to guests
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports for management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a luxury hotel or resort as a concierge or related position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
