Responsibilities:
- Drive catering vehicles to various locations for delivering food and supplies
- Load and unload catering equipment, food, and supplies from the vehicle
- Ensure that all catering deliveries are completed on time
- Check and maintain the vehicle and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving and delivering
- Follow delivery schedules and routes as assigned by the catering manager
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during deliveries
- Report any issues or problems encountered during deliveries to the catering manager
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in catering or food service industry preferred
- Ability to safely transport food and equipment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and catering team
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns preferred
