Responsibilities:
- Clean tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Assist servers with refilling water glasses and clearing plates
- Ensure there is an adequate supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware
- Assist in setting tables for new guests
- Assist in keeping track of inventory and notifying management of any shortages
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Good communication skills to work effectively with restaurant staff
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of tables
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy trays and bus tubs
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred
