Responsibilities:

  • Clean tables and maintain a clean dining area
  • Assist servers with refilling water glasses and clearing plates
  • Ensure there is an adequate supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware
  • Assist in setting tables for new guests
  • Assist in keeping track of inventory and notifying management of any shortages
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with restaurant staff
  • Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization of tables
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift heavy trays and bus tubs
  • Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role preferred
