Responsibilities:

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to Business Objects

  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Business Objects reports and universes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Objects development
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using Business Objects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Universe Designer)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Objects report performance and data accuracy
  • Working knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
