Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of brewery equipment and facilities
- Assist with the brewing process, including measuring and mixing ingredients, monitoring fermentation, and transferring beer between tanks
- Operate and maintain brewery machinery, such as pumps, valves, and bottling/canning lines
- Conduct quality control tests on beer, including measuring alcohol content, pH levels, and conducting sensory evaluations
- Package finished beer into bottles, cans, or kegs, and ensure proper labeling and storage
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies, such as hops, malt, and cleaning chemicals
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or lead brewer.
Requirements:
