Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a boom crane
- Valid certification or license to operate a boom crane
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and diagrams
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Physical ability to operate and control a boom crane for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with ground crew and other workers
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work flexible hours and potentially on weekends or holidays if needed
