Requirements:

- Previous experience as a bindery operator is preferred.
- Ability to operate various types of bindery equipment such as folding machines, stitching machines, cutting machines, and binding machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends if necessary.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times.
