- Experience in conducting research and collecting data through various methods, such as interviews and surveys
- Knowledge of behavioral theories and principles, including behavior modification and cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Ability to develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address various issues and challenges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and visualization, such as SPSS and Tableau
- Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with relevant work experience in behavioral analysis and research
