Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify patterns and trends
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting research and collecting data through various methods, such as interviews and surveys
  • Knowledge of behavioral theories and principles, including behavior modification and cognitive-behavioral therapy
  • Ability to develop and implement behavioral interventions and strategies to address various issues and challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for data analysis and visualization, such as SPSS and Tableau
  • Advanced degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with relevant work experience in behavioral analysis and research
