  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to publish research in peer-reviewed journals
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, for telescope observations
  • PhD in Astronomy or a related field, or a Master's degree with significant experience in the field
