- Support senior lawyers in negotiating settlements and plea bargains
- Manage and maintain case files and legal documents
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes in laws and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and conferences with senior lawyers
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
- Familiarity with relevant legal software and technology
