Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Animation Supervisor in the industry
  • Proven ability to lead a team of animators and provide guidance and feedback throughout the production process
  • Extensive knowledge of animation principles and techniques used in computer-generated animation
  • Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and creative challenges during production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
